All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of TechCrazy Net. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with TechCrazy Net or purchasing TechCrazy Net products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with TechCrazy Net or to purchase TechCrazy Net products. Limited Warranty (U.S.)
New merchandise include a one year Manufacturers' Warranty, with the exception of products manufactured by Supersonic, TKO, Coby (Certain products) & Naxa, which only come with a 90 day Manufacturers' Warranty.
Refurbished Samsung printers include a 90 day parts & labor TechCrazy Net Warranty.
Factory Refurbished merchandise include a 90 day parts & labor Manufacturers' Warranty.
Please note: Some products may have a longer Warranty period, in which case this will be specified in the product details.
Shipping
We endeavor to ship orders the same day if received before 2 PM US Pacific Time, all orders & payment authorizations received after that time will be shipped the next day. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Register" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Please note: Although we insure the shipments, taking careful note of the product's serial number, the courier is still required to obtain a signature for it's delivery.
Cancellation and Return Policy
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
TechCrazy Net offers a 14 days from the date of delivery cancellation or 'Cooling-off period. Please email returns@techcrazy.net for a Return Merchant Authorization number before returning any merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Merchant Authorization number. Refunds will be issued, minus shipping fees, by the same means payment was made upon receipt of the returned item. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason. Any item returned without authorization, or arriving 10 days after the Return Merchant Authorization number was issued, may be refused and subject to return shipping fees to you.
Return Of Damaged Merchandise
If you find upon delivery the merchandise to be damaged and to ensure you will be able to obtain a refund or replacement, just refuse the shipment, or if the courier has left and you then realize that the merchandise is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours, as we will be unable to accept claims after this time for damaged merchandise. We will arrange for UPS to pick up the merchandise which must be in the original shipping carton so that it may be inspected. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model will be shipped to you.
Return Of Defective Merchandise
If the product should prove to be defective after the 14 days 'Cooling-off period', then the Manufacturers' warranty will need to be redeemed and you will need to either contact the Manufacturer or return the defective merchandise to TechCrazy Net, whereby we will ensure that everything goes smoothly and in accordance with the Manufacturer's warranty Terms & Conditions. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem.
Return Of Non-Defective Merchandise
TechCrazy Net allows you a period of 14 days from the date of delivery, to inform us of your intention to return said merchandise, providing we have received it in 'As new condition', unaltered and undamaged with all the original sealed packaging, manuals and documentation. You will receive your refund, minus shipping fees by the same means payment was made. We reserve the right to reject a cancellation due to incomplete or badly damaged merchandise, alternatively we may assess additional fees for missing or damaged items and a 15% restocking fee will apply should any seal on the packaging be broken.
Computer & Video Games
Computer & Video Games items purchased from TechCrazy Net are returnable in their original condition up to 14 days from the date of delivery with one exception. Computer games software which was purchased in 'New' condition cannot be returned if the package has been opened unless the game is defective.

TechCrazy Net is unable to accept returns of the following items, unless defective:

Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the * original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Merchant Authorization number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. You are responsible for the return of the merchandise, therefore, we recommend you use a reputable shipping company such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. The return address is TechCrazy Net, 450 South Broadway, Los Angeles, California, 90013.
*Unless defective and original carton disposed of prior to unit malfunctioning.
Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 3 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
Purchases
TechCrazy Net reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed with us for a product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Your order only constitutes an offer. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TechCrazy Net shall issue a credit in full to your credit card account.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TechCrazy Net without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

TechCrazy Net may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to TechCrazy Net.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of TechCrazy Net products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of TechCrazy Net products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. TechCrazy Net's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. TechCrazy Net may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a TechCrazy Net or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
TechCrazy Net does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, TechCrazy Net is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, TechCrazy Net may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with TechCrazy Net, TechCrazy Net has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of TechCrazy Net. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.
